We cover the basic paradigms of business communication: inquiry letter, formal cover letter, post-interview letter, research abstract, business proposal, research article, and even polite email etiquette for the U.S. business environment.  The course is tailored to each executive's job search, using industry journals, business magazines, and the superior  newspapers as study texts.  "Business Writing" also builds the student's vocabulary and written expression through readings, discussion, and short writing assignments about texts tailored to the interests of the executive student.  These essays in history, politics, non-fiction, or literature help orient the foreign executive in his or her new home, the United States.
